• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (within Japan)

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (within Japan)

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

• Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (check our promotions).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this number to track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
